Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping to the United States
Every order ships free with tracking. No minimum spend.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after processing. During busy periods (like Black Friday and the holidays) delivery can take a little longer.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We're unable to ship to PO boxes.

Order issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll make it right, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Customs and duties
All prices shown are what you pay. There are no extra import fees for US orders.
