100-Night Trial & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Stillwake. You can try it for up to 100 nights from the day your order is delivered. If it isn't right for you, you can return it for a refund.
How to return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number within 100 days of delivery.
- We'll email you return instructions.
- Once your return is approved, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What we need back
- The product and its accessories (such as the charging cable and strap).
- Original packaging, if you still have it.
Kits and bundles
If you bought a kit, please return the full kit for a full refund. If you'd like to keep part of a kit, contact us and we'll work something out.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Warranty
Every Stillwake alarm includes a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See our Warranty page for details.
This policy is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law.
