12-Month Warranty

We stand behind every Stillwake. If your wrist alarm stops working because of a defect within 12 months of delivery, we'll replace it free of charge.

What's covered

• Faults in materials or manufacturing.
• A device that won't charge, hold a charge, vibrate or keep time under normal use.

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, drops or water damage beyond the product's stated rating.
• Normal wear and tear on the strap.
• Loss or theft.

How to make a claim

1. Contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem.
2. We may ask for a photo or short video.
3. Once approved, we'll ship your replacement.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under consumer law.
